I have a special focus on how new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, transmission technologies and synthetic biology, etc. are changing the industrial landscape and the implications on strategy and investment decisions.
I function as both a corporate strategist for Boards of Directors and organizations in decision making around charting the path forward in a rapidly changing world and a private equity investor.

The Frontier: Innovation in Industrials Conference, a new, annual event [http://thefrontier.co] aimed at re-thinking industrial innovations and breaking down walls between industries. The Frontier will cross boundaries, disrupt the status quo and bring people together to not only talk about what’s next, but collaborate to make it happen. This year, the conference will take place in Birmingham, AL April 13th – 14th drawing energy and inspiration from the city’s unique spirit and culture.
The big industries—like energy, water, agribusiness, aerospace, manufacturing, chemicals and transportation—have experienced tremendous change in the last decade.
