Hank Torbert to Speak at Startup Angels Workshop – March 22 – 23

Startup Angels is partnering with the Athena Collective to bring the Startup Angel Workshop to Birmingham, Alabama. Hank Torbert is a featured event speaker.

The workshop is divided into four sessions which provide new angels and wealth management professionals an introduction to the business of investing in technology startups, a framework for thinking about startup investing in the context of overall portfolio diversification, and a practical guide to the mechanics of choosing, negotiating and managing investments.

The workshop will take place at two locations in Birmingham. Day 1 (March 22) will be at the Innovation Depot, 1500 1st Ave N #31. Day 2 (March 23) will be at Balch & Bingham LLP, 1901 6th Ave N #1500.
